Big Law Expertise, Boutique Attention.

Benedict Advisors is a boutique M&A law firm. Every deal they work on gets partner attention without the overhead of a big firm. They needed their website to immediately signal: we're a different kind of law practice.

The Challenge
The firm's service model was genuinely superior, but their brand didn't communicate it. And while the partners' expertise was comprehensive enough to serve any kind of M&A client, the different segments of their audience require different messaging.
Relief, Not Résumé
A founder interview unearthed the key insight: the firm's value isn't its credentials, it's liberation from big-firm frustrations. Four pillars carried that voice through every page.
"Expert M&A guidance shouldn't feel like you're flying blind."
Five Pathways, Not One Services List
Instead of a one-size-fits-all services page, the site routes every visitor by deal size and role — and each pathway maps the emotional journey from fearful and overwhelmed to confident.
A Repeatable Pathway Template
Every pathway follows the same spine: hero, stat badges, segmentation cards, a founder pull-quote, a process timeline, and a call to action. The details are adapted to the specific concerns and emotions for each client segment, and the copy is grounded in language from the interview with Founder & Managing Partner Tabber Benedict.

Additional Services, Below the Fold
Like many small firms, Benedict Advisors is more than capable of providing other services outside of their primary area of expertise. We built out full features pages to explain these offerings, but featured them less prominently than the five M&A client pathway pages.

Built-In Compliance
The NY "Attorney Advertising" label, the "prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome" disclaimer, and explicit no-attorney-client-relationship language — all written in the firm's plain-English voice.

Professional services firms win on credibility and clarity, not decoration.
The same creative process works for any firm that needs to earn a high level of trust from clients — law, finance, medicine, education and consulting.
